Health and wellness don’t always come from big transformations — most of the time, it’s the small, consistent habits that make the biggest difference.
Here are a few simple things that have helped me (and might help you too):

Getting 7–8 hours of sleep regularly, not just on weekends

Drinking enough water before reaching for caffeine

Taking short walks or stretching between long work/study sessions

Limiting screen time before bed to calm the mind

Practicing gratitude or reflection for a few minutes each day
None of these are extreme, and that’s the point. Wellness should feel sustainable, not exhausting.
